This is the workshop of Baide Glass Manufacturing. When you give us your design for a perfume bottle, candle jar, or aromatherapy bottle, our job is to bring your idea to life in this space, ensuring it's exactly the same and of the highest quality. From design to finished product, we take full responsibility.
The soul of a bottle lies in its mold. We have our own mold workshop, controlling the entire process from design to manufacturing to ensure that the mold's precision directly corresponds to every curve and angle of your design. The first trial sample after mold opening is personally reviewed by our sales team. Only after the review is passed will we begin mass production. This is respect for your design and our first guarantee of quality.
We have set up multiple quality checkpoints on the production line, especially for critical areas such as bottle neck, bottle body thickness, and uniformity, and monitor them in real time. If any deviation is detected, the machine parameters are immediately adjusted to ensure that every bottle being produced meets the standards, preventing problems from accumulating and ensuring that defective products do not flow into the next stage.
Once production is complete, the batches must pass a second inspection by our quality control department. We not only check the appearance but also conduct tests simulating real-world usage scenarios, such as testing the seal with the pump head installed and testing impact resistance during simulated transportation. Only batches that pass all these tests are allowed to be packaged and stored.
A: Mold costs are borne by the customer. After the mold is manufactured, its ownership belongs 100% to the customer and will be filed and kept in our factory. You have the right to access or request us to transfer the mold at any time, all according to your needs.
A: To ensure production efficiency and quality stability, our standard MOQ is as follows: New design: For the first mold opening and production, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Existing mold (already molded style): For subsequent orders, the minimum order quantity is 3,000 pieces. (Note: Specific details can be negotiated based on the complexity of the bottle shape and the process.)
A: We adopt the industry-standard payment method to ensure a clear process and protection for both parties: After order confirmation, 50% is paid as a production deposit. After the goods are produced and inspected and approved, the remaining 50% is paid, and then shipment is arranged.
A: We have a clear after-sales process: Immediate Response: Upon receiving feedback, we will respond and initiate an investigation within 24 hours. Confirmation of Responsibility: If the issue is indeed due to our production (e.g., batch size discrepancies, functional defects), we will be unconditionally responsible: replenishment, rework, or compensation according to the agreement. Continuous Improvement: Each case is archived and analyzed to improve our processes and prevent recurrence.
A: We understand the brand's need for product diversity. In the same order, we support mixing different SKUs (e.g., bottles of different capacities and colors), as long as the total quantity meets the minimum order quantity requirement. This helps you prepare inventory more flexibly.
