The transparency of glass primarily depends on the purity of the raw materials and the melting process. High-end perfume bottles typically use high-white or crystal-white glass, whose main components are high-purity quartz sand, soda ash, and limestone. During the melting process, the addition of clarifying agents and fluxes reduces bubbles and impurities, making the bottle crystal clear. By optimizing mold cavity design and fluid distribution control, Baide ensures that the glass evenly covers the bottle body during the molding process, preventing perfume bottles from having excessively thick bottoms or thin necks. We reinforce the feeding process at the bottle neck area and conduct sealing simulation tests to ensure sufficient strength at the neck. Laser wall thickness detection and stress testing are introduced into production, controlling the error within ±0.2mm, effectively improving structural strength and filling compatibility.
In the high-requirement glass bottle mold industry, ordinary cast iron molds are prone to deformation at high temperatures, resulting in a rough bottle surface.
