This is Baide Glass's creative and R&D center. We excel at transforming your 'feelings,' 'positioning,' and 'needs' for perfumes, aromatherapy products, or candle jars into tangible, mass-producible, and mature products. From scratch to creation, we'll accompany you in the process.

It all starts with a chat. What is your brand positioning? What do your target customers like? What liquid will it contain? What is your budget? ... Don't be afraid of asking many questions; the more detailed the questions, the better we can understand your thoughts. After the chat, our design team will consider market trends and provide you with 1-3 "Product Concept Proposals," including bottle sketches, material and process suggestions, making your ideas concrete for the first time.

After selecting the conceptual direction, we move on to the refinement stage. Through 3D modeling, you can see every surface, thickness, and structure of the bottle from 360 degrees. We will simultaneously conduct structural feasibility analysis to ensure that this beautiful design can be smoothly produced and easily filled, eliminating the pitfall of "looking good but not working" from the very beginning.
We'll first create a physical sample and send it to you so you can experience its texture. Meanwhile, our lab will conduct a series of stress tests: Will the bottle leak? Is it drop-resistant? Will it corrode from prolonged contact with certain liquids? We'll ensure it's not only aesthetically pleasing but also withstands the test of the market and everyday use.
From texture-enhancing finishes like matte, spraying, frosting, decal, laser engraving, and electroplating, to clear branding through screen printing and hot stamping, we offer complete surface treatment solutions. From the initial ODM design stages, we help you plan and simulate the desired effect, ensuring that every detail of the finished product—from texture and decoration to branding—is precisely executed.

After sample confirmation, we move on to mass production preparation. Our mold engineers will develop a custom-made production mold for this mature design. This process is like tailoring the perfect gown for a celebrity, ensuring that thousands of subsequent products will have the exact same perfect quality as the sample.

After the mold is completed, we don't rush into mass production. Instead, we conduct a small-batch trial production (usually 1,000 pieces) to test the entire process using mass production equipment and procedures. Only after ensuring everything is perfect do we confidently begin large-scale production.
A: You own 100% of the production and usage rights to the bottle design you invested in developing. We will never provide it to other clients without your permission.
A: It usually takes 9-15 days from concept to sample. Costs depend on the design complexity and development investment; we will provide a clear and transparent quotation.
A: Of course! We provide a one-stop solution for 'bottle body + accessories + surface treatment'. Whether it's matching the best-sealing pump head or achieving your desired logo printing effect (silk screen printing, hot stamping, etc.), we can handle it all simultaneously, saving you time and effort.
A: Minor modifications (such as adjusting the logo position) are easy. Major changes to the bottle shape require a reassessment and requote. We recommend thorough communication in the early stages.
